Apartment in the historical part of Caldana (Toscana, Grosseto), offers a spacious living room with cooking area, open fire, one bedroom and bathroom. A historical cellar at ground level (31 m²) belongs to the apartment (circa 100m from the apartment).

The historical village Caldana is built upon one of the typical green Tuscan hills near to the seaside. It takes around 20 minutes to go to Grosseto and circa 15 minutes to go to Castiglione della Pescaia. In 20 minutes you can go to Punt’Ala, which is also very well known for its prestigious yacht’s harbor or to the Golf of Follonica. The coast offers long sandy beaches, but also hidden coastal rocks, which are perfect for diving.
Caldana is in the heart of the Maremma and provides its habitants with several small shops, a hairdresser, a bank, bars and restaurants etc. The historical center of Caldana owns the typical Mediterranean Tuscan charm and makes visitors falling in love. In the autumn the historical cellars of Caldana open for visitors and transmit their beauty and the fascination of a long history: Caldana has been built in the 10th century and counts currently around 1000 habitants. In between of the unspoiled and beautiful landscape the Maremma offers several activities, as mountain biking, tennis, golf, hiking, horse riding, surfing or diving etc. But also cultural wise the area has a lot to offer to its curious visitors: famous cities to discover are Massa Marittima, Siena, San Gimigniano, Volterra, Lucca, Pisa, Florence or Rome etc.
